Welcome to the Uncle Tim’s Centre, a Victorian treasure chest of goodies situated on the outskirts of Benoni.

The Centre opened its doors in the early 1990’s in a century-old farmstead and has become one of the most popular destinations in Gauteng for antiques & collectable enthusiasts. At the heart of the Centre is the original Plaas-huis, as well as a number of other heritage buildings which are home to some 25 different shops selling a large assortment of products including

• Antiques, collectables, retro & vintage items,

• A Beauty & hair salon as well as a Nail bar,

• Books,

• Esoteric products, Jewellery, Stamps and Models.

There is also a shop devoted to Equestrian Gear, Tack and Animal products, a shop that sells hard to find CD’s, DVD’S and Vinyl records, a shop selling a huge selection of decor and gifting items and even a little “deli” selling the most delicious biltong, droe wors, biltong sticks.

The Centre also recently welcomed two new shops called Die Padstal (tuisnywerheid / gifts) & a shop called ‘n Bietjie van alles which sells all kinds of gadgets & thingamabobs.

While here, why don’t you pop on over to our resident restaurant, Tim’s Cafe, a fully licensed restaurant that offers a HUUUUGE selection of delicious meals and familiar favourites.

Last but not least, don’t forget The Ruby and Rustic Venue. The Ruby and Rustic is made up of an INDOOR venue that can host up to a 100 guests as well as a Garden Venue that can be used as either a Wedding Chapel or a outdoor party venue.
